• Every cup is inspected for bubbles before curing the plug before packaging. A small air bubble is necessary in snow globe cups to prevent pressure build up during shipping and use of your cup. This is completely normal to keep your cup safe.
• When your snow globe cup arrives, give it a good shake as the glitter will settle during shipment, that is normal and a part of the fun!
• Lava cups I suggest not to shake as the solution will mix, if your lava cup gets shaken it will separate again over time.
